My story

Juniper is an especially sweet little boy. He laps up all the attention he can get. This little charming fellow will need a home where he can be spoiled and doted on. His past person gave him up after only having him for two weeks. They said they did not want him anymore because they were pregnant, their roommate was allergic, and that they were moving. We are hoping to get Juniper into a home with a loving human who will do whatever it takes to see him through for life. We know that he will be a great companion for a lifetime of cuddly memories! Juniper is FIV+.

Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
