At 10+ years old, Dottie offers the ultimate life hack for Shepherd lovers: you get all the intelligence, loyalty, and noble spirit of this incredible breed without any of the puppy chaos or years of training "work." She has already mastered the art of being the perfect companion.
While she may be a senior, Dottie clearly didn't get the memo that she’s supposed to be reserved! She still has a happy skip in her step and truly thrives on her daily pack walks, showing off her impeccable leash manners and social spirit. Rescued from a high-kill shelter with nowhere else to turn, she is now simply looking for a sunny spot and a kind hand. Whether she’s basking in a patch of light or claiming her spot on the couch for a movie marathon, Dottie’s main goal is to be near her humans.
She currently lives harmoniously with dogs of all sizes and ages, but this sweet lady is a true "people person" who would love nothing more than to be the center of your world and the recipient of all the head scratches you can spare.
