Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chloe is a beautiful, medium sized (about 40lbs), 2 year old hound/ beagle mix. Once she has decided you are her person, her loyalty is unmatched. She loves to stick with her humans so she is instantly ready for cuddles, walks, play, or whatever her human has in mind. She enjoys the company of dogs that she has bonded with and she is good with cats, but she doesn’t need other animals since humans are her primary focus. Chloe’s confidence grows as a result of her trust in her handler and following their lead.
Chloe is very smart, treat motivated, and eager to please so training time is a favorite activity. She has mastered sit, down, wait, come, and is continuing to develop duration and distance for stay. She is crate-trained and loves the security of her crate. She runs to place in her crate when it is feeding time, people come to the door, or when she just wants a little space.
When moved to a new environment Chloe may need some space and time to adjust and regain confidence. Once she has become familiar, her goofy playful nature comes out and she is eager to show how wonderful and loving she is.
