Hey there! My name is Rocky, I am a 1yr old male Hound/Shepherd mix. I found my way to BBR after my previous owners couldn't care for me anymore. I was fed but haven't lived a life inside before, I was tied to a tree my whole life where kids would throw rocks and sticks at me. So I am learning what it's like to be a normal dog! I am a playful thing who loves water and car rides. I love to run around outside because I've never ran free before! A fenced in yard would be awesome but it isn't required. I get along well with other dogs and don't mind cats. I may need help with potty training, but I am a smart guy who aims to please. Could I be your forever friend?!
ADOPTION FEE: $250 (All of BBR dogs are heartworm-tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered (6m/older), and microchipped).

We are a 501c3 non profit dog rescue out of West Milton Ohio. We pride our selves on rescuing and re homing as many dogs as we possibly can while keeping our entire focus on the well being of the dogs. Two things that make us different are we do not allow Spay/Neuter until our dogs are 6 months of age. We also have a dog behaviorist working with us. We will not adopt a dog out who is not behaviorally prepared for his forever home. This does not include obedience based behavior. Rather temperament and social training.
