My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Freddy is a 7-8 year old, tricolor, male Beagle, who was brought to our shelter after being found as a stray in the area. Freddy is a really sweet guy who is crazy about attention. He's pretty spritely for his age, so he'd be happy in a home with or without kids to play with.

$110.00 adoption fee. Freddy will need to be neutered at his new owner's expense. $55 of the adoption fee would apply toward the neutering charges. Adoption fee also includes a Rabies vaccination. We welcome adoptions from people living out of the area or out of the state of Virginia. Please call the shelter first if you are interested in adopting a puppy or kitten 4 months of age or younger. The application process is completed in person at the shelter. SHELTER HOURS: Monday - Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday 11:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
