Jennyanydots is an incredibly shy but sweet lady. During the day Jenny is happiest curled up on her foster moms pillow or sitting in a sunny window. At night she comes out in the kitchen and curls up on the dining room chairs and watches the activity of the other cats and her foster dad, because he is the family night owl. Jenny loves to be pet but she is shy about approaching. She will come up to you when things are very quiet and calm or perfers you approach her slowly. She would do well in a forever home that is peaceful and where she is either the only cat or with one other friendly cat sibling.

Jennyanydots grew up as a street/porch cat in the Fairmount neighborhood of Fort Worth. One day a nice family noticed that Jenny was looking pretty thin and worn and decided to help her out. They took her to get spayed and her shots. Then they brought her to Meowntown to find her a loving family. Due to her life on the streets Jenny had some pretty bad teeth that had to be pulled. The vet also discovered she was missing several other teeth and had some that were broken. The vet said it was most likely from trying to break into containers trying to get food and defending herself on the street. Because of her dental problems, Jenny will require bi-annual teeth cleanings and a wet food diet to help keep her happy and healthy. She also needs help brushing and cleaning her beautiful fur coat.
She is okay with other cats, dogs and older kids.

Meowtown Animal Rescue of Fort Worth rescues cats and kittens from local Fort Worth neighborhoods. We foster all of our animals in our homes, we do not have a physical location. All of our cats/kittens are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, socialized and loved in their foster homes and then adopted out to their furever homes.
