My name is Flopsy. I am a CH kitten (cerebellar hypoplasia). I was born in a family home in Georgia but when I was about six weeks old they decided they couldn't 'deal' with me anymore because I was different from my siblings. They tried to find a shelter or rescue to take me and no one would so SCRATCH stepped up and took me in. I am what they call a severe CH kitten, I am very special needs. I need special care to help me eat and use my litter box and keep me safe. While I can flip and flop and get around pretty good I would much rather stay cuddled up in a blanket on your lap. I am spayed now and ready for adoption and my foster mom hopes I can find a home with someone who has experience with CH kitties. I am about 10 months old and I am a small cat. I can be super sweet but I also have a feisty side and fast movements or loud noises can really startle me. My foster mom thinks I am ADORABLE, especially when I hug her face and try to steal her breakfast. She loves to give me kisses and I love it too.
If you have experience or think you can take on a very special needs kitty, please fill out an adoption application on scratchinc.org.
