Phineas-7/29-1510-WE LOVE THIS BOY!!! He is the funniest! Such a little strange character. I have no idea what to even call him. He is tiny, maybe 5 pounds, very thin, his ears are so cute and lay in an odd way, he does have ricket type ankles from poor nutrition. Can you even stand the doe eyes? He is SO SWEET and it is sincere. Bert and I both fell in love. He really needs to get out of here quickly so he can avoid illness and start to regain his body composition.
