My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born ~2021, M, Spotted Lynx Point Siamese
Adoption Fee: $300

This beautiful boy is young. There is a freshness and innocence about him. Julien does not seem particularly experienced with things in his world. He is goodnatured, sweetly curious, and fairly docile. We put a very big cat, Charlie, a blue point Siamese, near him and Julien just leaned forward to sniff noses with him very politely. He has great composure and would probably be cat friendly to friendly cats.

The shelter he was in had lost their anesthesiologist so no spay / neuters or other surgeries could be done. Julien could not be put up for adoption since only fixed cats can be adopted out of shelters. So he was in limbo there in his stainless steel cage for a long time. A shelter volunteer sent me info about him and I was happy to say yes immediately .

Julien was a little remote with us when he arrived but that didn't last. He loosened up as he got to know us and now has relaxed into being a very appealing and affectionate boy. Such a nice boy. How did he end up in a shelter.? We will never know.

He is unusual for a Lynx Point Siamese. Lynx Point means he has the "M" mark on his forehead and banded legs and tail. Of course he has the beautiful icy blue eyes of a Siamese. What is unusual about him is that he has spots on his back. There are spots on his tummy also which will darken more as he matures. He is a very beautiful cat.

Julien has now been neutered and combo tested, vaccinated etc. He is ready to go to his new home. He is an easy cat to adopt out. So many people love Siamese kitties partly for their looks but also for how they bond so closely with their humans. These are very sensitive kitties.

Julien would be a good family cat. Or he could be a good cat for someone home a lot to give him lots of company. He is not a good choice for someone out at work all day and home mostly to sleep. I have no idea how he would be with dogs but I expect he would be fine with friendly dogs after the right introduction.

Some family will be so lucky to have the company of this young beautiful treasure.

Julien eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
Julien is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, and microchipped.
He is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Julien please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!
