My story

Meet Ann!

This gorgeous 6 month old puppy is a playful bundle of energy who LOVES other dogs. She may be a mix of Catahoula, German Shepherd or Hound, but no one really knows. All we know is that she is gorgeous, so loving and so much fun to be around. Ann would love to have another playful dog in the home, but if you do not, she needs a very active adopter since she is a growing puppy. A fenced yard for her to play in would also be a bonus. She has not been cat tested, but we can do that if you have cats.

Ann came from a rural shelter in GA and is loving life as a Florida girl. She is a spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Her adoption donation is $300.

Why adoption is a great option

Ann - Courtesy Post, a Tampa German Shepherd Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Tampa, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
