Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Is that... A BALL?!? OMG I loooove balls!! Not only do I fetch but I have figured out how to entertain myself by putting a ball in my bed, shaking the bed to toss it up, and running after it. My foster mom says I am so stinking clever! In fact my fommy says a lot of nice things about me - she says I'm the perfect size (17 pounds), I'm crate trained, and I'm super friendly to any and all humans! I have personality for days - I am a happy happy girl - and I can't wait to be your new best friend!
I also enjoy following my foster mommy around, running in the yard, playing with stuffed toys and getting tons of belly rubs and kisses. And when I'm tired from playing with my ball?? Well I love nothing more than a good couch cuddle session. I do need to let you in on a little secret though - I don't like to share my ball with other dogs. I am happy to share a house, a yard, a bed, a lap... and I will happily sit next to my doggie friends for treats and pets! But I would prefer to be the only ball-obsessed one in the house. They can have their own stuff but not my precious ball!
I recently stayed with a foster Auntie and did really well with her four dogs; she says I'm focused, easily trainable, and responsive to other confident dogs. She thinks I was probably allowed to get away with some bossiness in the past (RUDE but ok) but apparently I'm a "quick study" and super easy to train due to my people-pleaseing nature. Also she rewards me with treats and a BALL so of course I'm going to do whatever she asks! So if you have a comfortable lap and plenty of balls, I'd love to meet you!
