***URGENT***ADOPTION FEE WAIVED***
Nerf is a handsome fellow in a tuxedo who came in very scared. He probably had never been kenneled before, so the sights and sounds were overwhelming to him. Luckily, he found a few volunteers that he trusted. He’s getting braver every day, and has figured out that a harness means a walk and getting out of that kennel. Outside, he is friendly, waggy, and easy to walk. He loves treats and pets.
