My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ash is the brave one out of his siblings, and learned people aren't as scary as he and his siblings thought. He was the first to get pets and sit on laps to watch TV. He's an adventurous playful guy who loves to play with his sis Hazel. Winning his favor is highly rewarded with lots of purrs and funny antics. Ash and his siblings started out life not knowing humans so they are shy and reserved at first, but will reward your patience with lots of love!

$100 adoption fee per cat.

Hardest part of rescue is:
- Not being able to save every cat.
- Finding excellent homes for our rescues.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in loving foster homes.

The $100 adoption fee per cat insures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.
