My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approx DOB: July 2022

Dozer (ID#22090) was found in a sad situation, residing with his siblings and dozens of other cats near an abandoned farmhouse. But his sad start did not deter Dozer from being a giant lovebug, packed with energy and ready to cuddle with anyone who walks through the door. The biggest and fuzziest of his three brothers (and stands out with an adorable white mark on his chest), Dozer got his name because he loves to run and bulldoze into everything, especially when there's food to be had (seriously, do not get between him and his dinner)! But Dozer is no bully - he and his siblings Lucky and Bug are attentive, happy, healthy, and very very playful kittens! Dozer would do very well with one (or both!) of his littermates, but his foster parents theorize that Dozer would get along with just about any cat. Dozer could be a good fit with most any kind of family, as long as he has people to play with him, and provide yummy snacks.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations.

If you are interested in adopting a kitty(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.

Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent! Visit www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and look under Foster a Furry Friend. Furry Friends Network provides our foster homes with food, litter, crates/carriers as needed and miscellaneous other supplies as well as veterinary care.
