Sweetie Pie & Tequila - COURTESY POSTING
Introducing Sweetie Pie & Tequila!
The girls dad recently passed away and they have found themselves in need of a new forever home. These girls are not bonded, so they can be adopted individually or as a pair!
Sweetie Pie is approximately 7 years old and weighs in at 16 lbs. She is the mother of Tequila, and was recently spayed. Sweetie Pie does have a heart murmur, but she does not require medication at this time. This love is a true couch potato, loves her person and is very calm and content. Sweetie Pie tolerates other dogs, but is truly a people pups!
Tequila is approximately 2 years old and weighs in at 15 lbs. As mentioned above, Tequila is the daughter of Sweetie Pie. Tequila has been mauled several times by larger dogs, but thankfully does not seem to be afraid of other dogs! In fact she loves the bigger dogs in her current foster home! This little lady is highly intelligent, energetic, loving and focused on her person!
The girls are both house trained, they were used to a doggy door but has done well transitioning to a home where they have to ask to go outside.
Both girls are spayed, UTD on vaccines and HW Negative.
Sweetie Pie’s adoption donation is $300.00. Tequila’s adoption donation is $300.00.
If you are interested in the above dog, please do not email us and tell us that you are interested, but submit an adoption application. The link for the application is below.
To submit an application go here……chihuahua-rescue.com/adoption-application/
An application must be submitted and approved before a meet-n-greet can be scheduled.
Your current dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinarian has determined that your current pet(s) should not be fixed due to medical reasons. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative.
Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, MD and GA.
