Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Tipsy! I got my name because I’m a special girl who only has three legs. This doesn’t slow me down at all, in fact, you may have seen me around town with my foster family. We go to Home Depot, the dog park and I’ve even taken a tour through the new town park! The ducks were my favorite but they didn’t want to be my friend, for some reason. I’m still a puppy at 6 months old and I’m already a pretty big girl at 35lbs. My foster mom thinks I might be an Anatolian mixed with something smaller. I’ll be big but not toooo big. Plus, I’m 25% cleaner than regular dogs on a muddy day as I only have three paws to clean! I’m just the sweetest girl and I give the best hugs. I’m fantastic with humans of all sizes, though I would do best in a home without young kids while I’m growing (and sometimes I’m clumsy since I’m a puppy and still learning to balance). I also do wonderful with other dogs though I do need a gentle non bossy friend that won’t run me over. I would also be ok as an only dog, too. My foster mom says I’m an easy keeper. I’m quiet and don’t chew on things I shouldn’t (except for one shoe that was left in the kitchen but can you really blame me?? A stinky teenager shoe is like a present!) and I’m even house trained! I came into animal services with a leg that had been broken and healed funny so it was easier to take it off than fix it. I’m glad it’s gone because it doesn’t hurt anymore. My foster mom thinks I was hit by a car because I’m terrified when cars pass us when out for a walk. I can’t help it and I’ll get better, I promise. One by One Pet Rescue is a Flower Mound non profit. I require a house with my very own fenced yard, to be an inside dog and where I won’t be left by my lonesome for long hours.
