Welcome Scrappy-Doo to the FHL Family. He comes to us from the Rowan County Shelter as a stray. He is a 25 lbs, Corgi mix and 2 years old. He has had his first set of shots and is to be scheduled for neuter. He gets along with most dogs and has not yet been cat tested. His body is long like a Basset Hound with short legs. He is a very playful and funny boy. He is short and long.
