My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi friends! This is Flori and she's a sweet girl presently in Kuwait. She's likely a british longhair but Petfinder doesnt give the option for the breed. Shes about a year and extremely sweet with people, kids, and other cats. She's personality A++

Friends for Life has a partnership with Kuwait Animal Aid Rescue and regularly helps find homes for cats from kuwait. We have a scheduled transport for the first week of October and need to find fosters OR foster to adopt homes. Heres some important information:

To sign up to only foster, you would apply at www.friendsforliferescuenetwork.com/foster-or

If interested in "foster to adopt" you would first apply for adoption at www.friendsforliferescuenetwork.com/adopt-or

Please note the following requirements/info:
When cats arrive from Kuwait, they are susceptible to having an upper respiratory infection, diarrhea/fecal parasites, and/or ringworm. Potential fosters or foster to adopt homes would need to be okay with aiding us in treating this while they are in your home. The rescue will provide all medication and pay for their veterinary bills.

Fosters will be required to only go to our vet (Dr Flanagan) at Albany Animal Hospital. Therefore, all fosters must be living within 1-1.5 hours of Albany, Oregon and be willing to drive to our vet as needed. You will not be allowed to see your own vet, even if you offer to cover the cost.

Once the foster is cleared medically, you will be allowed to finalize the adoption (so long as you are approved to do so). Adoption fee will be $250 at the time of adoption.
