If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
paprika was born to a litter of 5. we were only able to rehome one of the kittens so we currently have five cats in the house. our house is not very big and she does not have many places to hide that she's allowed into, and it's becoming very clear that she has some anxiety issues. she frequently picks fights with the other cats for seemingly no reason and spends a lot of time upstairs near doors to rooms that she is not allowed into, since they have beds that she can hide under. she also vomits more frequently than usual (appears to be hairballs,) but apart from a bout of sickness she previously had we have not had the resources to look in to this. the only thing i can think is that her anxiety is feeding back into the hairballs which feeds into the anxiety. however, she is very affectionate and chatty.
i'm hoping for a foster/forever home that can take her on as the only pet in the house.
