Curvy and sassy - if that’s what you love then Greta Garbo is your gal. She is 13 years old but shhh, she likes to pretend she is around 8. Greta previously lived with a person who overfed her and didn’t do much with her, therefore she was very overweight and at an unhealthy 50 lbs. She has lost weight and is now down to around 35 lbs. but because of her “real” age, it’s more difficult and a longer process for her to shed those extra pounds. Greta is looking for someone who will take her on daily walks and continue to help her get in shape - luckily she walks well on leash and loves walks. She is house trained, is very smart and a quick learner. She gets along great with other dogs and all people. Due to her age, we are requiring an adult-only home for her, and someone who can be home with her more often than not. Her blood work results looked great, with only one early kidney disease indicator that was slightly elevated but the main function values were normal. Greta is a little shy at first but once you connect, she will be your best gal.
