PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU RESPOND.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
OSLO, his mom CHARLOTTE PUDDING and his 3 kittens (JUNEAU - SIBERIA - LULEA) were found by a kind lady in Moreno Valley, California. One of our adopters told us they were living outside by a busy street and we agreed to help. So off we went to pick up mama and her babies.
This is the information his foster mom sent us: Hi, my name is OSLO, but my foster mom calls me Ozzy. I am full of personality and antics, and am adaptable to any situation. I can be handled, cuddled and kissed as long as you give me attention. I like to get into trouble, but my foster mom calls it “good trouble.” I am very curious and goofy and I hear her laughing at me a lot. I like to be the center of the action and never miss an opportunity to interact with my humans.
My foster mom smiles every time I am around. I love treats and will happily eat out of your hand. I snuggle, I play; I do it all. I am quite the confident young kitty. I currently live with a large dog, but she is very passive and lets us kitties climb all over her. If my new foster home has a dog, I may need to learn new dog boundaries, especially with food and play. I am looking forward to finding my forever family where we can grow up together.
OSLO is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / SIAMESE LYNX POINT MIX. He is about 17 months old and is good with cats and dogs. He has never been around young children. He will need a cat / kitten buddy in his new home. He does very well with dogs too! He actually really needs to go in a home with a cat or dog. He loves being with other pets!
OSLO is currently at a foster home in Riverside, California.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

OCTOBER 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. Volunteers in the evening are only there in the evening for 3 hours. Please call the PetSmart location or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. VISITING HOURS are based on volunteer availability.
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the adoption interview and home check have been done. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.
OSLO is ALREADY fully vetted.
The adoption fee of $250 covers:

FVRCP shots
RABIES shot
FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative)
Drontal Dewormer
Stronghold Flea Control
Microchip
We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
