Malcolm X is 2 months old and weighs 8lbs; he is 75% standard poodle/25% labrador; his littermates are DMX, Riri, Lil Mama, and Queen, who are also available for adoption through Rescue Well. At this time guardian is not requiring them to be adopted together. He is not neutered or microchipped, but he is up to date on his vaccines. Malcolm X is being rehomed because his guardian has no time to spend with him since there are too many animals in the home. Malcolm X lives with his 4 siblings and parents in the home, so he's fine around dogs; although he doesn't live with children, guardian's younger sister gets along well with him; Malcolm X has not lived with cats, so his guardian recommends against cats in his new home. Since he is a young pup, his guardian is currently working on house-training.

Malcolm X's guardian described his ideal home as a home with someone who will have enough time to train him, play with him, show him a lot of love, and willing to invest in him. Someone who is loving and ready for a puppy. He will be a medium-sized dog.
