My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoptable Jacques!

This most handsome boy is Jacques! He is a happy, sweet boy who loves playing with his foster sibling. Jacques’ foster says that his favorite things are squeaky toys and HUGS! He is just over a year old and ready to settle into a family of his own.

Jacques was recently been diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia.
After exploring different medications, supplements and surgery options we were able to get Jacques all set with a surgery that stabilized his elbow. He is recovering beautifully, is pain free and will continue on some meds until cleared by the veterinarian.

Contact us for more information on Jacques and his potential needs.

More about this rescue

Dog People of Livingston is a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of homeless dogs in our community. We are a foster based rescue located in Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
