Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penelope is a very sweet, independent kitty. She loves occasional pets and grooming, but wanders off when she’s had enough, and prefers to sleep alone. She is very gentle, calm, and quiet, and would rather bask in the sun than play. She would do well in a quiet home without other kitties.
$100 adoption fee per cat.
Hardest part of rescue is:
- Not being able to save every cat.
- Finding excellent homes for our rescues.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit.
Please fill out an application, 2023 Adoption Application - Google Forms
or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information.
We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in foster homes.
The $100 adoption fee per cat insures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.
