Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buckey is such a sweet dog. He is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He loves to snuggle, but also can be playful. He gets along with other dogs, cats and people. Due to his size and the fact that he can be shy and nervous around too much activity, he would do best in a calm quiet home.

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
