My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Searcy is a 11yr old 14 pound Silky boy who is being fostered near Sheboygan, WI. Searcy needs a home with a fenced in yard, no children and no other pets.
11/13/2022 Pupdate: Searcy is doing so great! He now eats breakfast at 5:30 and dinner at 5:00, but I feel he would adjust to a new family’s schedule. He also doesn’t need to walk right after breakfast, he has been waiting until 7:00am or later.
He is also doing very well traveling in a car. I took him yesterday, by myself, to his grooming appointment. He stayed in the passenger seat the whole way there and then back. I have a harness, with a clip, that can be hooked to the seatbelt to keep him safe, but he is still able to look out the window.

9/28/22 Update: Searcy is still looking for his Forever Home. He is the sweetest boy and loves everyone he meets! When we are out on a walk he stops to visit with everyone he sees. Searcy still cannot live with any other animals in the house, but he is friendly with other nice dogs out on his walks. He also is good with all the children in the neighborhood. Searcy would do fine with children 8 years and older, who know how to treat dogs and have lived with a dog before.
