Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our big boy Rex is about 7 1/2 years old, and he weighs 90 pounds. Rex walks nicely on a leash, and he knows how to sit, shake, and lay down for treats. Rex is looking for a home without cats, and he must meet any resident dog(s) in a potential new home to make sure they get along. In his previous home, Rex displayed signs of separation anxiety. He will need a home where he is not left alone, and/or a person experienced with this issue and methods of secure containment/ preventing destructive behavior.
* Rex has tested positive for Lyme disease and is currently being treated with antibiotics.
* Rex qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion program, for approved adopters aged 50+
