Cooper is a 13 week old male Pointer mix. He weighs 18 lbs. Cooper likes affection and seeks out people for love and assurance. He’s a snuggler and loves to give you hugs. A tiny bit under confident and very smart. Typical puppy behaviors. Fine with kids (while remembering he is a normal Puppy!) and other dogs. Early fetch, food motivated, pounces and prances on his toys. Chases balls. Happy to be pet, and fine having his ears and feet checked. He and his litter mates will be smart, active dogs - they are most likely GSP (German Shorthaired Pointer) Mix. Read up on the breed to fully understand their characteristics if you're interested in adopting.

Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies up to 12 months are a minimum donation of $525, 1 year and up are a minimum donation of $450, 7+ years or special needs are a minimum $350 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.
Cooper is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). This dog is currently in NY. The minimum donation $525 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar.
