Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Pixie, a sweet and petite little heeler mix girl!
Pixie will be turning two years old in January, so she is fully grown at 36 pounds! She went to the vet recently for a check up and is healthy as can be. She is up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. She does well on a leash, is potty trained and crate trained.
She loves people of all ages, and likes to be right by your side giving lots of kisses. She gets along with other dogs, but does have a herding instinct, so dogs should be the same size or larger, with a chill attitude towards playful dogs.
Pixie does have a lot of energy because of her breed, so an active family or person who likes to hike, run, go for long walks would be ideal!
Pixie is being fostered in Muskego, WI. Her adoption fee is $350.
Her adoption fee will be used to finance our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we rescue, provide veterinary care, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis. We cannot guarantee breed or age. We assign breed and age designations based on veterinary advice and information from the prior owner.
If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt.
