My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little girl was rescued from a high kill shelter around 10 yrs ago, she was guessed to be around 6 months old at the time. She then was adopted into a great home where she was doted on and loved. In November 2021, her owner sadly passed away and Agnes has since been living with her “ grandmother”. The grandmother has found herself in bad health and is having to move where she cannot have pets, so we are trying to help find Agnes that final loving home, where she can live out her life. Agnes is around 10-11 yrs young, she is full of life and energy and does not show her age. She likes to play and run about. She gets along with dogs and kids, and probably cats but it has been awhile since she lived with a cat. She loves car rides, walks, belly rubs and treats! She is afraid of thunder storms and will go hide. She is non destructive. She will alert if there is anyone approaching the home. Since she is a senior dog, blood work has been done and it all came back good, she is heartworm negative, utd on all vaccines, she is a tad on the “full figure” side as she weighs 35.7 lbs. Agnes will make a great companion for virtually any one young and old.
