Thanks to @Petfinder Foundation, we are able to adopt our Lily with no adoption fee (with approved application)! Lily is a 2-year-old Pit mix with stunning eyes and a passion for walks and people. Lily is so eager to please. She is very smart and would be easily trained. She is looking for the human love of her life. She walks well on a leash, loves meals and snack times, & could be housebroken with some training. Lily craves and would thrive best in a calm and stable environment. The typical shelter environment has proven to be too over- stimulating for Miss Lily. It keeps her nervous and constantly moving. Can you imagine never being able to just relax!? Equally heartbreaking, is that this results in Lily rarely drawing positive attention from potential adopters. We firmly believe that a person with dog experience and some time to devote to Miss Lil, would be rewarded with one heck of a furry companion. We also believe, with proper introduction and encouragement, she has great potential to do well with a dog brother or sister. Plus, Lily has already been spayed, microchipped, is current on shots, tested for heartworm and is on heartworm preventative. Miss Lily is a real gem & she deserves a loving home.
