Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Floyd and I am 7 yr old Queensland heeler (which is basically just a big blue heeler). My owner became very sick and could no longer take care of me. Luckily Herding Haven took me into rescue and is helping me find a new home where I can live out the rest of my doggy years. And, at 7, I still have a lot of doggy years left. I am actually at the perfect age-- past the puppy craziness, but still energetic enough to go on walks, hikes and even jogs! I love people and am very affectionate. Because of my size and heeler breed, I would not do well in a home with toddlers. Older (> 10 yr old), dog savvy kids would be OK. I get along well with other dogs (who are not too playful or rambunctious). I am house-broken and walk well on a leash. I am neutered and up-to-date on my vaccinations.
