My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paul is a super shy guy. You can tell everything about his energy from his tail! His cutest quirk is his bark… he sounds like a seal 🦭! He likes to be in the same room as you but more of a secret admirer until he's comfortable, then he will sleep or sit next to you. He has the gentlest soul you can imagine.

Paul is also active and curious. Weighing in at about 14 pounds, he’s a great size to either cuddle with on the couch or go for a long hike. He loves giving kisses and has a strong, sensitive side when he takes care of his shy friends.

Paul is housetrained, loves toys/treats, and gets along with other dogs. He does have a strong prey drive and will chase lizards and anything that is much smaller than he is. In his foster home he has learned to get along with the resident cats.

Paul would benefit by having a playmate since he loves to be active and goof around.

Age is estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old when he arrived in rescue. We don't know his breed; possibly some Chihuahua.
