Handsome Caesar is just a love bug. Where ever theres a snuggle he'll be there. Once upon a time he was neglected and abandoned by his owner and then again by the first rescue that took him but if you met this social boy, you would never know it. He is a kennel favorite who puts a smile on every face around him. Caesar has all his vaccinations, is neutered, heartworm negative and all ready for his new home. If you have room for lots more love into your life, meet Caesar. He's waiting for you.
