Lily is a unicorn pittie, practically perfect in every way! Lily was given to us by a family member who could no longer take care of her. She cannot go back to them; but she needs an active family to surround her with love and exercise. Lily is a goofy, energetic 5 year old Pitbull whose shiny black coat has the cutest little areas of white.
Unfortunately, now she seems to be suffering from Black Dog Syndrome, because this perfect bundle of joy keeps getting passed on for adoptions. :( Will you be the one to go against the stereotypes and change Lilly's life forever?
She was raised from a puppy and he was unable to take care of her anymore so we took her into the rescue. We've had her for some time, and as she is a black pittie she keeps getting looked over, but we don't understand why! She loves everyone and everything she meets and is such a good houseguest.

She loves to play in the yard, but is equally happy as a couch potato, sitting near or on you as you watch TV, play games, or nap. Lilly loves to go to doggy day care and play all day with the other playmates.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Lilly, she's described to be a perfect angel in her crate, is house trained, and knows basic commands!
She is great with other dogs. If the other dog is not completely comfortable or doesn't want to play she sill stay with her human and just hang out. If the dog is ready to play... she is too! She loves the cats in her foster home. She sometimes chases if the cat runs, but is easily recalled and she just wants to play with them. If the cat hangs out, she is gentle and just sniffs them and lets them be. She loves kids! She can be a little jumpy when she first meets people, but she's doing so much better with that, and loves to play.
She will do what you want! She loves to play in the yard when her people are out there, and will walk with them, but if you are a couch potato she's ready to curl up next to you and nap or chew on her bone. She is so loving! She needs people or other animals to be happiest. Lilly loves to play, especially fetch! At the end of the day she just wants to be with you.
