My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Malcolm. Malcolm is a 24 year old Congo African Grey hatched in Georgia in 1998. Malcolm has no known medical conditions but has never learned to fly but he does love flapping his wings as you run around. Malcolm can speak and says a variety of things including he own name, “*whistle* here boy!” Helllloooo, hi Malc, and he loves whistles songs and theme tines from your favorite shows and he has a variety of sound effects like crow and cat noises. Malcom loves cooked and dry pasta, fruit, veggies and really enjoys chop in addition to his pellets.

Malcolm likes both men and women and loves it when company is around and love’s attention. He would like to spend as much time with you as possible. Watching tv from your shoulder is his favorite thing. Malcolm would really do best in a home where he is the only pet that can get all the attention. He is okay with kids about 10 years and older but little kids are not his thing. We need to find a nice loving home for Malcom where he can be the spoiled baby since this year we were surprised with triplets and Malcom has not adjusted to not getting all the attention. Malcolm is well behaved and rarely bites. He usually steps up when asked. He is okay with other birds but we have never let them get too close.

We are asking a rehoming fee of $1,000 he will come with his cage and some toys. Wr are happy to answer questions and would like to have meet and greets to ensure he goes the the right home.

**This bird is not currently with the rescue but we are assisting the owner in ensuring a safe home. There will be an application and home check prior to adoption of this bird**
