Tipper is a handsome guy with the most amazing ear toofs and gorgeous green eyes! He does take some time to adjust to new environments but once he does his favorite activities include playing with ball toys and chasing feather toys. Tipper can have opinions on when he wants to be pet, so any adopters should be cat savvy, experienced and able to read his body language. This also means that any kids in the home should be 12 years or older and able to respect his boundaries. We think Tipper would prefer the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and will need proper introductions to a safe roaming area. He prefers to be the only cat in the home.

To reduce the animals' overall stress levels, we have decided to limit animal viewing to those people with appointments for specific animals.
How it works:
1. Check out our available animals online. If you see an animal you’re interested in, fill out that species adoption questionnaire at https://www.everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-Pet to start the adoption process. Please be sure to include the name of the animal that you are interested in adopting. Questionnaires will only be reviewed if a specific animal is identified. You aren't obligated to adopt that pet, but it's a place to start.
2. Our staff will review your questionnaire and contact you to discuss the adoption. Please note that it often takes several days before you are contacted. We appreciate your patience! (If it has been longer than one week and you haven’t heard from us, please email us.)
3. Most animals will be available to go home the same day as the adoption meeting.
ADOPTION FEES - CATS
- Cats (over 6 months): $50 - $100
- Kittens (6 months and under): $150 - $300
- Two kittens adopted at the same time: $250 - $300
