My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maple is a sweet girl. She craves love and attention. She was adopted when she was 4 months old from Egypt and the adopter decided to surrender her to us as she was exhibiting guarding behaviours. These issues were easily addressed and she is doing very well.

She is such a smart girl, is learning lots of new things and has 3 other dogs in the foster home.
She is still insecure of new surroundings and will need to be exposed by her adopters. She is amazing with kids and people.

Maple's adoption fee is $1000. She is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines:

More about this rescue

We are a registered not for profit Canadian organization that aids in adopting out Baladi dogs (and cats)from Egypt.
A Baladi dog is a stray dog that lives on the streets of Egypt. They are considered pests and abused, discarded and often poisoned. We have stepped in with the help of an amazing team in Cairo to help these dogs.
