My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cirra is a very sweet cat who has come such a long way! She is sweet, playful, curious, inquisitive, and she seems to enjoy the company of men! This young lady (of about 1 year as estimated by the vet) was taken in from an outdoor cat colony where she had been living with lots of other cats so she is used to being around other cats and is also fine with cat-friendly dogs. Other cats tend to really like her! She has a beautiful blue-gray coloring and has a submissive personality with other cats. Cirra was very thin and had a pretty severe upper respiratory infection when she first came to us and has since made great gains in overcoming that although she still struggles a bit with irritation in her nose. The vet feels that she may always have chronic upper respiratory issues. Cirra has been prescribed medication to help manage her breathing better but may require ongoing medications and frequent vet trips. She needs to be adopted by someone who is willing to keep up on that and give her great medical care.
Cirra has a great attitude for all she has to deal with! She loves to play and she has gained plenty of healthy weight! She is playful around other cats but also is capable of entertaining herself. She has actually become quite athletic and enjoys running around! Cirra is friendly towards people although she may be a little shy at first and would do best in a calm home. Other cats seem to make her feel comfortable so it would be best for her to go to a home with another feline companion. She would love to find a real indoor home of her own where she can cozy up and feel the love! Cirra will have been spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV/HW tested negative, and microchipped at her time of adoption!
