Additional adoption info

We ask for a donation. All of the animals up for adoption have received vetting. We are volunteers, that do not receive a paycheck. All the donations that are received go directly to vetting and boarding. This is an 8 kennel, Animal Control Facility in Hearne, Texas that we are assisting to save these animals. This is a high kill facility, that is why our adoptables are in foster homes or boarding.

More about this rescue

Debbie Fatheree started Urgent Animals of Hearne Robertson County Texas in June 2013 to save the animals that were placed in Animal Control Facility in Hearne, Texas. To date, Deb and her volunteers have managed too adopt or foster out over 2289 pets (Nov 2018) with no kills too date for space. We rely solely on donations received. Every penny donated goes to vet Bill and boarding. We are NOT A NONPROFIT, CHARITY OR SHELTER..we work directly in the animal control facility caring for these precious souls, getting them needed vetting and training when at all possible through wonderful fosters..
