Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE NOTE: Lucy is located in Santa Barbara. We do not generally adopt to far away locations -- in order to make sure we can support our adopters, we try to keep our adoptions to no more than a 3 hour drive.
This sweet, very smart girl is Lucy, recently rescued from a high kill shelter where she came in as a stray. We think she is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix, although there might be some Springer Spaniel in there too!
Lucy is a sweet girl, eager to connect and please. She is also SMART! She'll need a yard with a high secure fence, or she'll figure a way out!
Lucy likes other dogs and walks well on leash. She crates well and is very eager to please! She wanted to nuzzle the resident cat, so she might be too friendly but didn't show any prey drive.
Lucy comes vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. The $300 adoption fee covers those costs.
