My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Kisses had been in a colony of neighborhood cats, but had to go when some of the neighbors complained.  She was adopted as an older kitten, but returned to DCC after she scratched a young child.  She's OK inside, but may be happiest as a barn cat or indoor/outdoor cat in the country.  She will no longer let anyone pet her and seems nervous around the other cats.

More about this rescue

We are a rescue group on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that fosters cats and kittens in our homes until they are ready to be adopted. All our fosters are spayed or neutered, SNAP tested, given meds for fleas and parasites and have all shots that are age appropriate. We put our adoptable pets in Petsmart for the public to interact with and to fill out adoption paperwork. We are a nonprofit organization that operates with a staff of volunteers that manage the adoption center at Petsmart, staff shows and adoptathons throughout the year and take homeless cats and kittens into their homes until they are ready for adoption. We are totally dependent on grants and donations to cover our expenses for our foster cats.
