My name is Maddie!

Maddie is a good girl who knows how to sit, stay, lie down, leave it, and take treats gently. She is fully house trained and loves her crate, although she does very well having the entire house when we are away. She is a great companion for long walks or hikes. She loves cuddling, exploring the yard, laying in the sun, chewing on raw hides, and simply being in the company of her humans.
We have a new baby in the house and while we have never had an issue with Maddie being aggressive towards people, she did display some concerning behavior towards our baby. We also no longer have the time to care for Maddie properly. This has brought us to the difficult decision to rehome her.
Maddie would be best fit for a family with older kids/teens or just adults and no pets. Though Maddie doesn't get along with other dogs, she is non-reactive towards them if given a little distance. She has a lot of energy and lot of love to give to the right family.
