My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: August 2019

Meet Theodore:

Timid Theodore thoroughly enjoys viewing his “domain” from the top of a shelf or in the middle of the room while volunteers and visitors come and go. Still shy around people, he waits until they leave before playing with the toys, especially catnip mice and cat springs. Content in the company of his fellow felines, he would love to find love in a calm and nurturing home with room enough for either his mom Louise or his BF Sylvester as well.

Go meet their pets

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

More about this rescue

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.
