Biscuit is a 6.5 month old neutered male Shepherd mix. He is a sweet boy, very smart and a fast learner. Biscuit has been in foster with kids and other dogs. He gets along well with other dogs, has a positive food drive and enjoys a good chew toy! Best in a home without children or with dog-savvy, older children, as Biscuit gets nervous with a lot of loud noises or fast movements, that small children can sometimes bring to a household. He is very friendly and loving one on one. He is very good with body touch - good when checking his ears, teeth and paws. Loves car rides too!
Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies up to 12 months are a minimum donation of $525, 1 year and up are a minimum donation of $450, 7+ years or special needs are a minimum $350 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.
This dog is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). This dog is currently in NY. The minimum donation $525 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar.
