Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    Email us at Tristatepetrescueandtransport@gmail.com to inquire about pets and we'll send you a link to our application!
  2. Interview
    A rescue volunteer contacts you to follow up, ask questions, request clarification
  3. Home Check
    A volunteer will conduct an in person a home check by appointment or a schedule a "virtual home visit
  4. Meet the Pet
    A rescue volunteer will introduce you to pet via Zoom meeting or in some cases we will bring pet to applicant's home for introduction
  5. Sign Adoption Contract
  6. Pay Fee
  7. Take the Pet Home
