My story

If you are looking for a super good girl, Princess is the dog for you. She is a beautiful pup, inside and out. She is potty-trained and asks to go outside. She has been calm but interested in bigger dogs and very gentle with little guys. She has been very sweet and respectful of cats. Cats sniff her and then walk around her and underneath her as if she’s not even there. She doesn’t seem to notice or mind. She is a sweet, agreeable and calm pup who is so well behaved that we are constantly surprised and delighted with her company.
Princess loves to be outside but she really wants you to go outside with her. She looks back over her shoulder at us like “c’mon, let’s go play!” She loves to frolic, but she will gladly lie down near you for quiet time and naps while you’re busy. We think she would make a wonderful co-worker for someone who works from home. She wants to be with people more than anything else.
We think she will make a great pet whether adopted by a family or as a best friend to someone who lives alone. Because she shows some tendency to explore, we will require securely a fenced in yard and only supervised yard time. Princess is currently receiving treatment for heartworms provided through our rescue, so she will have to have a calm home and limited exercise temporarily while she completes her treatment. She’s an otherwise healthy, active young dog who will bring lots of snuggles, love and playtime into your life. If you choose Princess as your forever pup, you will be the luckiest human ever.
