Moose is an Anatolian Shepherd mix, likely to be about 1 year old. The gang didn’t choose him, he chose the gang, after wandering onto one of our trainer’s property. He was likely to have been dumped in the mountains and left for dead by a previous owner… but he doesn’t let that dull his spirit. He is the sweetest pup, insistent on sharing his joy with anyone and everyone that he meets.
He is currently undergoing his basic and advanced training through Shades Of Blu Dog Training with Kristin, and is LOVING the work (almost as much as he loves belly rubs.. and will work for them). He has been working on his house manners as well, as we think that he would be a wonderful family pet with low to medium need for physical activity.
He is friendly with other dogs of all sizes thus far, and is obedient both on and off leash. He has been joining our assistant doggos on hikes and will be going on more and more outings as time goes on. He would love nothing more than to meet some new people, so be on the lookout for him in our group classes and on field trips with our trainers.
