My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Huckleberry is all energy from morning till night. He needs a very active family without small children. He is bossy, so he would do best as an only dog. He is very affectionate, but because he lived his first three years on a chain, he is still learning to play. He loves stuffed animals and blankets, and is doing well on his crate training. We would like to find him a family that understands the Jack Russell breed.

-Submit an application via our website or facebook page. You may also email us at ccaa.georgia@gmail.com. If application is approved, a CCAA representative will contact you for a home inspection and interview.

-Our adoption fee is $200

-We do require all pets in the home to be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccines.

-All pets adopted through CCAA must be inside pets.

Critical Care for Animal Angels is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer-based organization dedicated to rescuing primarily homeless, injured or sick dogs from high-kill shelters in Georgia. We operate through a network of foster homes and a rescue facility in the Middle Georgia area and our efforts are funded by contributions from kind-hearted people and organizations who care just as much as we do about making a difference.
