Loopy is the funniest, most lively cat you will ever see! He was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that hinders his balance and agility, but this only makes his antics all the more adorable, he will make a wonderful pet. He loves to climb and jump, get into everything and he LOVES water! The only real special need he has is he probably should not be allowed outside as he might not be able to defend himself.
